ok well i havent done it for thursday friday or saturday....

but as a whole, i consumed:
- peanut butter
- yogurt
- strawberries
- hotdog
- pasta
- dumplings
- almond nuts
- boost.. berry berry light....

and for my exerciseeeeee i did 30mins=] today!!!

now im tired and tooo lazy to study
